Remove the Basket from the compartment on the right side of the Cleaning Kit before filling this compartment to the first marker with a mixture of one part solution to six parts of tepid or cold water. Do not use hot water. Place the basket of jewellery in the filled compartment, making sure the jewellery is completely submerged. If necessary, add more diluted solution. Switch the machine to the ‘Hi’ position – the high speed clean mode – and run it for three minutes. If any encrusted dirt remains after this time, Use a fine brush to remove it. Fill the rinse compartment on the left side of the Cleaning Kit with clean tepid or cold water, and place the Basket of jewellery in this compartment. Switch the machine to the ‘Lo’ position and run it for one minute. Remove the jewellery and dry it with a soft, clean cloth. Items which are heavily encrusted with dirt may need a second cleaning. Under no circumstances should items of jewellery be immersed in the solution for more than three minutes.

Return & Exchange
We accept exchange, returns or refund within 30 days of purchase except TANGS Gift Card, Food (seasonal), Hamper, Pre-order, Workshop and Services. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging together with the Order Confirmation Receipt.
Local purchases can only be returned at our TANGS at Tang Plaza, Click & Collect Counter L4 or TANGS VivoCity, Customer Service Counter L1. We do not accept any local returns through mail.
