TANGS MEMBERSHIP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Can I have more than one TANGS Membership?

 

You may only register for and hold one TANGS Membership at any one time. This membership is non-transferable.

Do I need to exchange my existing TANGS Card to a new one?

 

No. You may continue to use your existing TANGS Card to earn and redeem rebates. However, we encourage you to download the TANGS Mobile App to start using your TANGS Virtual Card.

What will happen to my existing rebates?

 

Your existing rebates earned before 1 Nov 2015 will expire as per the previous rebate expiry cycle on 31 Mar 2016 or 30 Sep 2016. Please check the status of your existing rebates via the TANGS Mobile App, TANGS.com or approach the Customer Service counters for assistance.

Rebates earned on new purchases made from 1 Nov 2015 will follow the new rebate expiry cycle, which entitles you to redeem the rebates earned in a single month for 12 months from the month in which the rebates are earned. Rebates that are unredeemed within the stipulated periods will be forfeited upon expiry. Example: Unredeemed rebate earned in Nov 2016 will be valid until Oct 2017.

How is my spend calculated?

 

You must identify yourself as a TANGS Member upon payment to enable your spend to be counted. Purchases at TANGS at Tang Plaza, TANGS VivoCity and TANGS. com will count towards your spend.

How do I check on my spend status?

 

You will be able to view all your transactions on your TANGS Mobile App (available on iOS and Android devices).

Do purchases at TANGS at Tang Plaza, TANGS VivoCity and TANGS. com count towards my spend?

 

Yes. The good news is that all your spend after you sign up, login and shop on TANGS.com or when you present your TANGS Card when shopping in stores.

Do I need to update my contacts and personal information?

 

Please review and update your contact information to ensure you receive your birthday privileges and are informed of exciting launch events, 12% rebate days and more. Please update via TANGS Mobile App, TANGS.com or approach Customer Service counters for assistance. You can decide to opt-out of these marketing messages at any time.

How do I maintain my Preferred Membership?

 

Your Preferred Membership is only valid for 1 year. Preferred Members must spend a minimum S$5,000 in 12 months to extend their Preferred Membership for another year. Existing Members enjoying 10% rebate will continue to enjoy Preferred Membership till 31 Oct 2016. i.e. Minimum spend of S$5,000 by 31 Oct 2016 is required to maintain your Preferred Membership till 31 Oct 2017.

How do I make an appointment for the Personal Styling session?

 

Please call 67375 500 to book your appointment at least three days in advance. Sessions will be held on an appointment basis.

How do I access the Preferred Lounge at TANGS at Tang Plaza Level 7?

 

This privilege is only valid for Preferred Members. Preferred Members are allowed to bring 1 guest and have to present their TANGS Card or TANGS Virtual Card.
