EXCHANGE & RETURN


 

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE, PROCESS A RETURNS OR GET A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASES?

 

1. Local Purchases

We accept exchange, returns or refund within 30 days of purchase. Online local purchases made on TANGS.com can only be returned in person at our Click & Collect Counter, TANGS at Tang Plaza, L4 or Customer Service Counter, TANGS VivoCity, L1.  We do not accept any local returns through mail.

 

2. Overseas Purchases

We accept exchange, returns or refund within 30 days of purchase through mail returns. All overseas refund will be credited back to the original credit card used and will only be processed upon receiving the merchandise.

 

3. Condition of Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging. The Order Confirmation Receipt must be presented for any exchange, returns or refund either on print or on any mobile device.

Refund will be given to customers in the form of TANGS Credit Vouchers. Customers are also required to return any free gift(s) and samples received from the purchase.

Promotional/Sales items are non-exchangeable or refundable, electronic and electrical product for exchange is allowed on a case by case basis. Undergarments are non-exchangeable or refundable due to hygiene purposes. 

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
