HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

 

1. Sign up or Log in to your account

You are required to sign up with your personal details before checking out if you are not yet a registered customer. To sign up, you must be at least 18 years of age. Click here to sign up now. You may refer to our website at https://www.tangs.com for our Data Protection Policy.

If you are a registered customer, simply log in to your account to start shopping.

 

2. If you are a TANGS Member

Select "YES" when prompted "Are you a TANGS Member?" on the sign up page. Proceed to enter any two of the following fields you had provided at time of application - Date of birth and the 10 digits of your TANGS Membership Number, Registered ID or email address to tag your membership successfully.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR "CHOOSE YOUR OWN 12% REBATE" (CYO12%) ON TANGS.COM?

 

1. "Choose Your Own 12% Rebate" is applicable to Classic and Preferred Members.
2. Upon checkout, member who have not use their CYO12% will see the link to the promo code, “Click Here to Use Your Rewards”

 

3. Click on the link, there will be a pop-up indicating your CYO12% activation code. Click on [Apply Promo Code]. 

 

4. Upon clicking on the pop-up, the [Promo Code] will be activated and be reflected on the order summary.

 

5. When you click checkout, it will bring you to the shipping details page that show your order summary to complete your payment.

 

6. Member will continue to the payment mode.

 

7. Upon completion of payment, member will receive an order confirmation that shows the amount of rebates earned.

 

8. Once your CYO12% rebate is activated online, member will receive a code that is valid for 24 hours on your profile, under “My Rewards” which can be utilized in stores as well.

You can select up to a maximum of two beauty samples with every order on TANGS.com

If you are a registered customer, log in to your account to start shopping.

 

2. Complimentary Local Delivery

Enjoy complimentary local delivery with minimum $100 purchase. TANGS Preferred Members enjoy complimentary delivery for purchases above $80. For more information on the TANGS Membership, Click Here.

 

3. Multiple Address Delivery

You can choose up to a maximum of 10 local addresses to deliver to in a single order. Spend an average amount of S$100 per location in a single receipt to enjoy complimentary delivery for all locations.

 

4. Earn Rebates with every $10 Spent

TANGS Preferred and Classic Members will earn 10% and 6% rebate respectively on every $10 nett spend at TANGS at Tang Plaza, TANGS Vivocity and TANGS.com and redeem rebates on purchases made on TANGS.com

Gift-with-purchase, beauty samples and promotions are subjected to availability and TANGS reserves the right to amend and end any promotion, replace or substitute any gift/samples without prior notice.

WHY DOESN'T MY PAYMENT GO THROUGH?

Please ensure that the settings for POP-UP BLOCKER for browser is set to OFF. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages from the banks cannot be displayed and your transaction will not be processed.

2. Card Details Entered Incorrectly

Please try again and enter your details exactly as they appear on your card

3. Session Time Out

Please refresh the page and try again. Do note that the payment will not go through and no amount will be deducted.

WHAT IS A GIFT RECEIPT?

 

If you are purchasing a gift, you have the option of including a Gift Receipt to be enclosed with your gift. 

The price of the gift will not appear on the Gift Receipt. If for any reason the recipient would like to receive another gift instead, we will assist in this exchange upon presentation of the Gift Receipt and the gift in its original condition and packaging at our TANGS stores.

If the gift recipient would like to make a return, we will refund in the form of TANGS Credit Vouchers. Should you choose not to include a Gift Receipt, your recipient will not be able to exchange the gift received. Please refer to point 6 for our standard return and exchange policy.

CAN I BUY TANGS GIFT CARD ON TANGS.COM?

 

TANGS Gift Cards are available for sale on TANGS.com. The TANGS Gift Card can only be used at TANGS at Tang Plaza and TANGS VivoCity. Purchase of the TANGS Gift Card is non-refundable and not entitled to earn 12% rebates events.
