• To support, maintain & provide continuous improvement network (LAN, Routers, and Switches), POS System, Security devices & applications and other IT Equipment.

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc
• Strong problem solving and analytical aptitude and willingness to continually develop their skills
