Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies and services to enhance the Company’s competitive advantage.
  • Develop a cohesive team of front liners in the Customer Service Department and lead them to provide excellent service.
  • To investigate and follow-up on the complaints with stronger emphasis on timely resolution and service recovery.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Matured, self-motivated and able to work independently
